After purchasing your insurance policy, your underwriter sends the information to Bigfoot Inspections. Next, you receive an email with a unique code that corresponds to the address on your policy and the policy ID as seen at https://www.bigfootinspections.co/
GET STARTED: Once you've downloaded the app, you need to provide two critical pieces of information: The zipcode and the unique code sent in the invitation. You cannot proceed without both pieces of information.
ERROR: Sometimes people get an error like "We could not find the zip code and code combination you entered. Please check that you've entered them correctly. If you have and are still having problems, click Support below to get help." This means you either have a digit wrong or someone already completed this inspection.
