Short answer: At the property listed on the associated policy.
The inspection code is associated with the policy ID and address on the policy. This is connected to the inspection code provided as well as the insured's contact information (email and phone).
If your name is misspelled or the address is incorrect, please notify your agent immediately. This will not interfere with the quality of the inspection but would need to be updated before sending to the carrier.
Unfortunately you cannot conduct the inspection at a different residence as the app provides the location from your phone. The system will fail to validate this on the first step. You’ll be able to proceed but it will not fulfill your obligation of an inspection for the policy at hand.
Please note that we no longer accept photo submissions outside the Bigfoot Inspections App unless specific photos were not provided in the initial self-inspection.
