If you completed the inspection and reached questions about the water heater and electrical panel, you likely got to the part where it thanks you for completing the inspection. Once you see that, you're all set. If you try to log in to the app again to check the status, you may get an error that says "We could not find the zip code and code combination you entered. Please check that you've entered them correctly. If you have and are still having problems, click Support below to get help."
